A school teacher and administrator in St. Paul, MN, for over 20 years, Kate is passionate about creating educational systems that honor the spirits of children and the adults that guide them. She understands the challenges for systems facing rapid change in the areas of staff administration, diversity, resource management, and internal and external standards. In addition to her work as an urban educator, principal, and consultant, Kate a spiritual vocalist and songwriter who uses her gifts to create healing vibration and sacred ritual for groups and workshops. She recently released her first full CD—Kate Flynn: Transcendence.
